Thato Immaculate Celebrates 9 Years as a Qualified Accountant

Actress and radio host Thato Immaculate took to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone in her life: nine years since graduating as an accountant. Reflecting on her journey, Thato shared, “This year I celebrate 9 years as an accountant, 6 years ago I obtained my professional designation after completing 3 years of external audit articles all while auditioning, doing radio, TikTok—I don’t know where I got the energy honestly. Here’s to a dream realised, a prayer answered…sometimes the motivation to go forward comes from taking a moment and looking back at just how far you have come. There are things you have today that probably were a prayer 9 years ago, take a look!”

Thato’s celebration wasn’t just about her qualification, it was about the hard work and dedication that went into building her life. In November 2025, she reflected on her achievements through her Instagram story, expressing gratitude for her consistency and effort. “Nah seriously, thank you to me. 10 years of pure hard work: academically (10+ years), at work (7+ years in the field), entertainment (since I was born really), content creation (since 2013). To FINALLY be able to take it easy in my 30s and say I have done everything my heart desired. My parents gave me a wonderful life and I gave myself a beautiful life too. At the age of 24 I was already established. That’s pure hard work.”

She also highlighted the challenges of her accounting journey: “There is nothing more challenging than an accounting qualification. This was very hard. I soldiered on. Well done Thato.”

Thato shared personal milestones too, including becoming fully independent in her 20s after her father’s car, originally meant for her, was stolen. “Bought MYSELF a car after the one my dad got for me was stolen. Fully independent in my 20s? I worked my butt off. I spent my 20s studying. There was NO day off. Even during articles.”

Ending her celebration with inspiration for her followers, Thato reminded everyone of the importance of education: “Let’s make education fashionable again because having something to fall back on is really where it is, our parents did not lie. Don’t let them lie to you. Finish school even though you’re getting the bag, do it all.”

Thato Immaculate’s story is a powerful reminder that hard work, consistency, and self-belief can turn dreams into reality.
