Mzansi, le season ye Big Brother Mzansi iza nomsindo! Season 6 of Big Brother Mzansi is already making waves, and Biggie has introduced a twist that has fans talking. In a move that surprised many viewers, Big Brother has decided to give former housemates a second chance at the game.
This season, Biggie opened the doors to seven former housemates who had short or unfinished journeys in previous seasons. These contestants were given the opportunity to return to the house, but only if Mzansi voted them back in. The twist allowed viewers to have a direct say in who deserved another shot at fame, strategy, and the ultimate prize.
After days of anticipation, the voting results were officially announced on Sunday, 11 January 2026. Following the public vote, four housemates earned their place back in Biggie’s house. These familiar faces are now ready to rewrite their stories and prove that they deserve to be part of Big Brother Mzansi Season 6.
One of the returning housemates is Mmeli, a model who first appeared on Big Brother Titans: Ziyakhala Wahala. His journey ended early when he became the fifth housemate to be evicted. This time around, Mmeli is determined to show a different side of himself. Known as “The one and only advocate,” he promises to take the high road, saying we’ll never hear him trash talk anybody. We’ll see – it’s a long season … Viewers can expect khasi slang and big smiles from the 27-year-old.
Also making a comeback is Bravo B, an event host who was part of season 4: S’ya Mosha. His stay in the house was short-lived after he was disqualified in Week 1 for making offensive remarks. Now older and wiser, the 28-year-old is returning with a clear goal. A true maksandi fanatic who lives for main-character energy, Bravo B says fans should expect charm, confidence, and serious alpha energy.
Fan favourite Liyema is also back for another shot. The 24 year old artist and reality TV personality made headlines on season 4 when she shocked viewers by taking R250 000 and walking out of the house on Day 57. Her decision sparked major debate, with many believing she could have won the season. This time, Liyema says she wants to have fun, stay honest, and bring her trademark energy. She promises excitement, mischief, and unforgettable moments.
Completing the lineup is King Dube, a 22-year-old content creator and TV personality who first appeared on Big Brother Mzansi season 5: Umlilo. He nearly made it into Biggie’s house before, but now he is back and ready to rumble. All about the drip and versatility, King Dube is prepared to share his style, smooth talk and rizz with Big Brother fans.
With these four returning housemates stepping back into the spotlight, Big Brother Mzansi Season 6 is shaping up to be a season filled with redemption, growth, and plenty of drama. One thing is certain: second chances don’t come easy, and Mzansi will be watching closely.
