“Dancing with the Stars” judge Derek Hough and his wife, Hayley Ebert shared the joyful news of the arrival of their baby girl as well as her birth date and her names.
The couple took to Instagram to announce the arrival of their newborn, who was born on Monday, December 29.
The joint post featured a tender black-and-white photograph of the infant’s tiny feet cradled in both of their hands.
“December 29, 2025. Everley Capri Hough. Every step of our lives has led us to you. Our hearts have been cracked wide open and our world is forever changed,” the post read.

The pair were showered with congratulatory messages from fans, family and friends.
“Ohhhh my heart!!! Congratulations, love you guys!!!” @jennadewan commented.
“So happy for y’all!!! Welcome to the world sweet girl,” @heididamelio wrote.

The arrival of their newborn follows the couple’s joyful July 2025 announcement that they were expecting their first child.
To share the news, the pair posted a romantic Instagram video set against a breathtaking backdrop.
In the clip, Hough is seen walking toward Ebert for a tender embrace and kiss, before she proudly displays a strip of sonogram photos to the camera.

“We can’t believe the biggest thing to happen to us could be so small,” they captioned their joint Instagram post.
Throughout their pregnancy, the couple shared heartwarming glimpses of their journey, from playful gender guesses to Hough’s touching social media tributes expressing his excitement.
However, in honour of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October, the pair chose to be vulnerable, opening up about their heartbreaking experience with pregnancy loss.
They wrote: “This video is a tribute to a part of our story. A chapter of loss, love, celebration, heartbreak and everything in between.
“Although we are so excited to be welcoming our rainbow baby so soon, we honour our baby that never made it earthside.”

The video concludes with the couple crying, which symbolises the moment they realised the miscarriage had occurred.
The couple, whose romance dates back to 2015, married in 2023 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
