Twitter Reacts To Bonang Matheba’s Scheduled Court Appearance For Alleged Tax Fraud! The media personality’s alleged tax fraud case is expected to be heard in the Commercial Crimes Court in Johannesburg on Thursday.
According to Sunday World, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) South Gauteng spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane confirmed that Matheba will appear in court for tax law contraventions along with Generations actor Rapulana Seiphemo.
“Both of them are charged with contravening S234(d) of the TAA [Tax Administration Act, for failure to submit income tax returns as and when required],” Mjonondwane said in a statement.
This comes just as Bonang is making history in New York where she joined global leaders to discuss quality Education for the Girl.
Gauteng Hawks spokesperson Ndivhuwo Mulamu confirmed that the star had been served with summons to appear in court soon.
