Luena — Seven new government officials appointed Monday by the governor of the eastern Moxico province, João Ernesto dos Santos “Liberdade”, were sworn in Thursday in Luena city.
Sworn in were two new directors for Public Administration, Employment and Social Security (APESS) and the Study, Planning and Statistics Office (GEPE), Francisco Brás Caiombo and Hélder Willy Cahilo, respectively.
The provincial governor also swore in the chief of provincial Department for Energy, Francisco Júlio Itumbo, as well as four chiefs of division for Energy and Water Department.
