The confirmation of hearings aginst the Ocampo six will be held in the Hague. Judge Ekatrina Trendafilova of the ICC says all parties apart from Tinderet MP Henry Kosgei are against the hearings being held in Kenya citing uncertainty of witnesses security.
The Judge has called on the defense and the prosecutor to state whether they intend to call live witnesses during the hearings 6 weeks before they appear before the courts.
