They said that the soldiers are ordering them to pay money which they can’t afford pay those money.

Most of theses businessmen have small business stalls near Mogadishu international harbor in Hamar-jajab district.

In the past, the administration of Hamar-jajab district had ordered the businessmen to move from the place soon. However, lately, soldiers in district’s police station came and ordered to pay tax or leave the area.

The traders said they can’t pay money, because they are too poor and struggling to cover the needs of their families.
