A US based media research agency InterMedia will next month office an office in Nairobi. This will be the third office for the agency after Washington and London. The office will significantly deepen research into the impact of the African media.
The company provides in-depth research into the views and habits of people around the world, particularly in challenging environments with hard-to-reach populations.
It is the media consultancy for clients that include the World Bank, USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, UNESCO, the BBC World Service, the Department of State, Deutsche Welle, Sesame Workshop and the US Broadcasting Board of Governors. “This is an exciting step forward for InterMedia as it chooses to establish its first regional office in Africa” said Vivien Marles, the new head of InterMedia Africa.
