Kenya: Kering Emerges Top in Kericho Tournament

Entertainment of Wednesday, 29 June 2011 Source: Sahara Radio The ace Ghanaian movie actress and gospel artiste, Mercy Asiedu has trashed rumors that the best Ghanaian movie actor Agyakoo (Alex Kofi Adu) is her secret husband. In an exclusive interview on Sahara Radio with Mr. Kwaku Acheampong aka the Big Joe in Columbus Ohio, she explained among other things that there is no intimacy going between her and Agyakoo instead he is the closest brother as far as the acting profession is concerned.

Joseph Kering of Kericho Water and Sanitation Company won the late Gitau darts tournament in Kericho. During the event played at Chelimo Social Hall, Suleiman Siwo from Kaisugu Tea Company was second while David Koskei from Kericho Factory was third.

Job Chelule also from Kericho factory was fourth. The highest scorer was Philip Cheruiyot from Kaisugu with 180 points while team-mate Siwo was second highest finisher with 132 points. In the women’s category, Eunice Korir from KEWASCO emerged the winner with Mercy Langat from Kaisugu (180 marks) taking second position.
