
With the 3rd annual Bless The Mic Festival just around the corner, Ghana Music.com is releasing the the roster of those taking the stage at this year’s festivities.
Ayigbe Edem headlines this year’s festival along side Dzesi all female band, Kyekyeku, Stonebwoy, Yaa Pono, Commander Messiah, Paulina Oduro, Mutombo, Raquel, Yasmeen Helwani-Nsiah, Macho Rapper, Apaatse and many more.
Hosted by the founder, PY (Mi Prime Entertainment) and Joselyn Dumas (of The One Show on Visast 1), the highly anticipated event is set to take place at the premises of Alliance Franciase on Saturday, 2nd July 2011.
The show commences with a mixture of paintings, art & photo exhibition and poetry.
The side attraction include acrobatic display, Health Spa – stress relieve massages, facial & skin treatment hand and foot care and good music provided by DJ Julz and Vision (YFM) beginning from 3pm.
At 7pm is the real showdown when PY says lights, camera and action for spoken word and music performances from the musicians.
This year’s festival is also set to pull in over thousands of patrons.
There will also be a vending area for the sale of food, drinks, artifacts, albums and more.
Ghana Music.com, Foundation For Contemporary Arts, Pidgin Music, Ghanaian Observer, Ghbuzz.com, ameyawdebrah.com, Wunmi Event, Deyale Sports Center, Apple Pie Publications and Citizen Kofi Entertainment Center are the ones holding this year’s celebration.
This year Bless The Mic is assisting in the Go Green Ghana project.
