Cabinda — The Angolan musician Euclides da Lomba defended on Monday the implementation of a project aimed at establishing a music school in the northern Cabinda province, taking advantage of the structures of Chiloango cultural centre.
The singer said that this is a project contained in the objects of the Cultural Centre of Chiloango and it expected for its materialisation by the local artists.
Euclides da Lomba said that if the project is materialised, the government will save money that was spent in sending artists to DR Congo (DRC) for training, under the agreement with the music school of Tabu Ley Rochereau.
