Dr. Cryme Darlington stuns Radio and TV Awards

    25th June 2011 will forever be marked as the maiden edition of Ghana’s Radio and TV awards which over the past weeks generated immense voting campaigns. The event organizers in their own pace made the show classy as there were several awards but rewarded to deserving people without controversy.

    Ama K Abebrese, Africa’s Best Female Actress at the recent AMAA Awards was the MC adding more class and decency.

    Several Radio and TV personalities made their way to the Banquet Hall in Accra Ghana before 8pm to get the show started. Several others were also at the venue to see their favourite stars perform to some of the classiest songs available in the country.

    Dr Cryme Darlington was the headline artist of the programme pulling everyone off their seats after all the awards were given out.  The forefront was filled with funs who had to wait till the end of the programme to see their preeminent artist perform. Luckily for the funs they had an opportunity of being introduced to Dr Cryme’s new song “Fre Me” which had a very good response due to its interactive nature.”Kill Me Shy” could have been left out and was added to the pack accordingly.

    The artist is set to start his album festival from July 2011 and will incorporate seminars, donations, corporate brand launch, autograph sections and more. However hit songs including “command” and “Ekaa Kitikiti” is set to be released before his official performance at Akwaaba UKs party in the Park to be held in London on Saturday August 6th 2011.

    E-Jam Records, the management company of the artist explained the strategic corporate positioning of the artist as a way to depict different sides of Music and Entrepreneurship.

    The company also lauded funs of their immense support for the artist over the past months and promised a superb album festival over the third quarter.
