Luanda — At least six officials of the Ministry of Interior and general police command, who are aspiring to have a PHD degree, released on Friday in Luanda, their scientific works in various fields during the technical and scientific activity between Angola and Cuba, aimed at celebrating the 32nd founding anniversary of the referred ministry.
Margarida da Trindade Jordão, who is the deputy Interior minister for Administration and Finances issues, presented the theme on Administration and Human Resources Management, while the advisor of the general commander of the Angolan National Police (PNA) for legal matters, Eduardo Sambo spoke about the current state and projection of the legal and penal system in Angola.
On his turn, the commissioner Carlos Burity da Silva, also advisor of the general commandant for higher education area, wrote about “victimology and police activity”, whilst the commissioner Luís da Fonseca Cadeth, who is the head of the Human Resources department of the Angolan National Police, presented preliminary fundaments of the development strategy for scientific and labour components of the police training course.
The courses were run by Cuban lecturers both inside and outside the country addressed to officials of the Angolan Ministry of Interior and PNA, in the ambit of the existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
