Mogadishu — Somali government soldiers on Sunday clashed in the Somali capital Mogadishu, leaving at least one person dead.
Witnesses said that two people were injured in the crossfire among Somali soldiers which took place in Mogadishu’s Wadajir district.
Of the dead persons in the confrontation was a soldier as the wounded people were rushed to medical facilities in the capital, according to local residents.
No statements about the clash were immediately available from the officials concerned.
