Concerned over the increasing cases of terrorism in the country, a group, the Youth for the Nation Forum, has called on President Goodluck Jonathan to engage youths in policy formulation.
The group’s founder, Mrs. Jennifer Lee, made the call in Ibadan on Thursday at a news conference heralding the group’s youth summit tagged ‘Realignment and repositioning youth in Africa’ billed for Saturday.
Lee said the call became necessary because only unemployed youths could be willing tools in the hands of selfish individuals.
She regretted that many Nigerian youths “waste away” because of their inability to discover their potentials.
