The commemoration of Martyrs Day in a united manner displays the love of the people to their Martyrs, according to participants who took part in this year’s commemoration occasion which took place in Nakfa town.

Ms. Saba Butsueamlak, who came from Keren, and Ms. Stel Saleh from Asmara said that we have a responsibility to uphold and defend the eternal cause towards which our martyrs were sacrificed and that the sacrifices they made is a display of strong love of the nation.

Parents of Martyrs, Msr Woldegiorgis Bahta and Ms. Hriti Berhane on their part expressed their pride over the cause towards which their children have died and called for the upholding the legacy of our martyrs.
