13 June 2011 Kuito — At least 30 professionals of Health in Bié province, are participating since Monday in Kuito, at a upgrading seminar on "the deontology and the introduction of nursing career". To facilitate interpretation of the issue related to the vacation of the career of nursing technicians, the lecturer Almeida Pinto, of the trade union confederation said that the trainees will throughout the course improve the knowledge on the subject of health. Performance and responsibilities of the assistant, bachelors and graduates of nursing are among other topics to be discussed at the seminar

Luanda — The preparatory technical meeting of the 4th Session of Angola/Algeria bilateral joint commission took place Monday in Luanda, as part of strengthening of cooperation ties between the two countries.

The information is contained in a pres release issued by the Angolan Foreign Affairs Ministry (MIREX).

The source quoted the director for bilateral cooperation of MIREX, the ambassador Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, as saying at the end of the meeting that the sector has assessed thoroughly the cooperation between the two States expected to lead to the signing of various agreements during the 4th session, scheduled from 6 – 8 July in Algiers.

Among the accords to be signed, the official mentioned the sending of ten former combatants to Algiers, to benefit from the health services and training action to be funded by the Algerian government.
