Luanda — The preparatory technical meeting of the 4th Session of Angola/Algeria bilateral joint commission took place Monday in Luanda, as part of strengthening of cooperation ties between the two countries.
The information is contained in a pres release issued by the Angolan Foreign Affairs Ministry (MIREX).
The source quoted the director for bilateral cooperation of MIREX, the ambassador Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, as saying at the end of the meeting that the sector has assessed thoroughly the cooperation between the two States expected to lead to the signing of various agreements during the 4th session, scheduled from 6 – 8 July in Algiers.
Among the accords to be signed, the official mentioned the sending of ten former combatants to Algiers, to benefit from the health services and training action to be funded by the Algerian government.
