LAGOS – A bloody clash between tricycle operators in Ifelodun Local Council Development Area, and some youths in Apapa/Iganmu Local Council Development Area of Lagos State yesterday claimed the lives of four persons with several others injured and property damaged.
One of the survivors identified as Omo, was said to have lost an eye, as his face was severely slashed with razor blade.
The clash was said to have been caused by the fight over the control of tricycle operation within the two LCDAs.
The tricycle operation within the two LCDAs had been under one executive which has its base in Ifelodun which did not go down well with the youths in Apapa/Iganmu LCDA.
