BENIN-Former Chairman, Presidential Task Force on Education, Prof Pia Obanya, has called on the federal government to build and integrate the risk of adolescents into National Development Plan.
He also made case for proper education policies in Nigeria for positive transformation, stating that something needed to be done on the issues.
According to him, releasing of billions of Naira can never solve any problems but meeting the needs of human minds.
Prof Obanya made this known at a two-day media dialogue organised by UNICEF for health correspondents on the state of the world children report 2011.
