Two brothers accused of murdering Ingrid Tiboth (23) pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder in the Keetmanshoop Magistrates’s Court yesterday.

Jonathan Fredericks (26) and his younger brother Sageus Fredericks (21) allegedly stabbed Tiboth several times with a knife, causing her death.

The fatal stabbing incident happened at a club in Berseba village in the South on September 10, 2010.

On the same day, the elder brother allegedly stabbed Roeline Rhoman in the head, left shoulder and upper right arm.

He pleaded not guilty to the second count of assault intent to do grievous bodily harm.

The brothers’ case was postponed until June 30 for further Police investigation.

They are on bail of N$2 000.

Callie Le Roux of CJ Le Roux Associates on instruction of the Legal Aid Directorate represents the brothers.
