TATA Africa Holdings (Ghana) Limited: Human Resource Manager

TATA Africa Holdings (Ghana) Limited, part of India’s Largest Group is looking for qualified, dynamic and result oriented persons to fill the below mentioned position.

Major Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, Recruitment and Employee engagement, attendance and leave management, Payroll and personal file management
• Development and implementation of corporate HR Strategies, programs, policies and procedures to ensure consistency in employee’s relations
• Interpretation and implementation of the company’s conditions of service for all staff
• Staff Welfare and management of various official events
• Support line managers and supervisors in the management of employee relations to develop a positive and co-operative workforce
• Transport management, procurement, assets, office equipment, company establishment which includes IT infrastructure also
• Implementation of performance driven appraisal system across the board
• Development of various training programmes based on the employee’s need

Remuneration: The position come with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results
 

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognised institution
• A minimum of twelve (12) years post qualification experience in Human Resource and Administration Out of this at least 8 years should be in the similar role
• Knowledge of the existing Labour laws and related issue of Ghana
• Excellent computer skills with expertise in Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of handling automobile workshop and other maltreated franchise will be an added advantage
• A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioner, Ghana will be an added advantage
• The person should be between 35 to 45 years of age and preference will be given to the person staying in Tema
