27 May 2011 ZAMBIA coach Dario Bonetti has said victory over Mozambique in next weekend's 2012 Gabon/Equatorial Guinea Africa Cup Group C qualifying match slated for Chingola's Nchanga Stadium will give the Chipolopolo 99.9 per cent guarantee of sealing qualification to the 28th Africa Cup finals slated for January. And the Zambia soccer team's training programme yesterday morning clashed with owners of the stadium, Power Dynamos at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.

Mine Ojo of Warri Wolves will lose his May salary and be fined 200,000 naira after he lost his head at Heartland last Sunday.

“Warri Wolves have fined Ojo 200,000 naira and he will also lose a month’s salary for his unsportsmanly behaviour in the game against Heartland,” club spokesman, Timi Ebikagbaro said.

“We also wish to apologise to the match officials and the Governor-elect of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, for this poor discipline by the player.

“It is not in the character of the club to condone such acts of indiscipline and it does not portray the league in good light.”

Fullback Ojo has already been banned for three matches and fined 100,000 naira by the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) with officials saying that he faces an even stiffer punishment when his case is tabled before the disciplinary committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
