Luanda — The Angolan press attaché to Portugal, Estevão Alberto, said on Thursday in Luanda that the journalism made in the country is respected abroad, due to its quality.

He said so to the press at the end of the public discussion of the legislative package on media in Angola, chaired by the incumbent Minister, Carolina Cerqueira.

In addition, the press attaché said that the performance and skills of the national professionals have been delighting the international critics.

The press officer also slammed at the fact that some foreign circles inform that there is not freedom of press in the country, which he considered as groundless.
