ABA Hospital is seeking an experience and self motivated individual to develop, implement, maintain and report on a dietary service to patients, staff and clients of ABA Hospital.

The person will also liaise with various clients of ABA Hospital in regard to the dietary aspects of their Wellness Programmes and meal provision

• Provide an educational service to patients and their family
• Visit restaurants (chop houses) on ABA Hospital and client sites for advice and inspection related to food storage, handling and nutritional value
• Liaise with the managers of such restaurants in advice on providing better meals for workers and in-patients
• Ensuring that dietary services are developed, implemented and maintained
• Keeping abreast with nutritional and dietary developments
• Liaising with relevant officials from Crusader Health clients in order to contribute to their well-being

Salary: Will be in accordance with the Crusader Scale of Salaries
 

Required Skills or Experience

Damang: 2 x Diploma Nurses – General Nursing
ABA Hospital: 4x Diploma Nurses – Emergency Room
ABA Hospital: 8 x Diploma Nurses – General Nursing

Grade: B6

• Dispensing of medicine when required

Required Skills or Experience

ABA Hospital is seeking an experience and qualified individual, preferably a female, in the medical area of diagnostic ultrasound/sonographer for a vacancy in the Imaging Department.

• Performing common ultrasound examinations
• Provide written reports on the ultrasound findings of such patients
• Provide occasional after hours ultrasound services as may be deemed necessary
• Keeping abreast with developments in the medical field of ultrasound

Salary: Will be in accordance with the Crusader Scale of Salaries

ABA Hospital is seeking an experience and self motivated individual who will manage the Human Resource needs and ensuring that HR systems are developed, implemented and maintained.

Job Grade – C4

The person will also liaise with relevant officials of other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of HR services.

• Managing Human Resource needs
• Employee Relations including Discipline and Grievance handling
• Ensuring that periodic reports meet set time frames and targets
• Ensuring that HR systems are developed, implemented and maintained
• Supervision of subordinates in ensuring that set targets and objectives are achieved
• Keeping abreast with applicable legislature and HR best practices
• Executing daily routine work in accordance with policies and procedures within prescribed guidelines
• Liaising with relevant officials of other departments in order to ensure HR services are delivered on time

Required Skills or Experience

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
• Knowledge of HR administration systems
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position or job
• Well developed oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and levels
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office products such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Medical fitness for the position and environment
