People.com : The family of the 20-year-old Maine woman, whose body was found in a pond at a New Hampshire ski area, has issued a statement in the aftermath of the sad outcome of the hunt for the missing mother.
“The family of Krista Dittmeyer is devastated but wants to thank everyone for their support and requests to be left alone at this time,” they said.
New Hampshire Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young, who on Wednesday said the case was being investigated as a “suspicious death,” says an autopsy was scheduled for Thursday in Concord.
