The 31-year-old, who once dated Mischa Barton, was handcuffed outside the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood following an incident involving battery and possession of a controlled substance.
He is said to have punched comic Ben Gleib, who appears on the Chelsea Lately show, during an altercation.
Davis was allegedly upset after being refused entry to the Beacher’s Madhouse show, according to TMZ.
